INTERVAL-BASED FULL-BODY STRENGTH CLASS

One-hour interval-based class – the perfect way to push yourself to the next level.
All you need is a mat, weights between 1-10lbs (you can use your body weight as well) and lots of towels because you are going to sweat!
The great thing about intervals is that you can go at your own pace! Don't be scared to jump right in, there are always modifications to make the class as challenging as you want.

Eight classes ranging from 20-40 minutes

- two Strength & Sculpt classes

- one Stretch & Meditate session
A well rounded training program which will build strength, increase endurance and improve your overall well-being.
A calendar to guide you through the process and give you a small daily focus for your self growth.

Click the option to purchase a package or choose to buy a single class and follow the prompts to complete your checkout

If you've already purchased a package, just sign in to use the credits in your account to pay for your class (you can sign in through the member icon at the top of the site or by using the option to sign in during the booking process)
