Interval-based full body class via Zoom

Strengthen your body and mind with Inner Body Fitness Bootcamp. This is an interval-based class which is the perfect way to push yourself to the next level. The great thing about intervals is that you can go at your own pace! Don't be scared to jump right in, there are always modifications to make the class as challenging as you want. All you need is a mat, weights between 1-10lbs (you can use your body weight as well) and lots of towels because you are going to sweat!
6 hours notice is required for cancellation and/or rescheduling. If a cancellation occurs within the 6 hour window, the client will not receive a refund and payment will go toward the session missed.
