The Inner Body Way is a series that guides women into a stronger life both physically and mentally. While women often begin a fitness journey, the focus is usually on the body – but it's the mind that dictates ones success.
If you do not believe change is possible, then change will never be possible.
So let's start there.
The Inner Body Way series consists of eight classes ranging from 20-40 minutes – including two HIIT classes, two Strength & Sculpt classes, one Full Body Conditioning, Strong Core in 20, Strong Legs in 20, and a Stretch & Meditate.
Each class will begin and end with setting your intention. This will help you focus on what's really important and centers you for the work out and day ahead. You will receive eight classes ranging from 20-40 minutes which include two HIIT classes, two Strength & Sculpt classes, one Full Body Conditioning, Strong Core in 20, Strong Legs in 20, and a Stretch & Meditate. These classes offer a rounded training program to build strength, increase endurance and improve your overall well-being.
